CHARGES

We charge a £10.00 upfront non-refundable fee for the assessment of any repair we will then give you an estimate for the completion of the repair subject to parts availability.

There is a minimum charge of £40.00 for the completion of all repairs this covers up to one hour of labour and any minor parts if required.

TELEVISION REPAIRS

We repair most makes of LCD and LED Television up to a maximum size of 55 inches. We offer a FREE collection within South Sefton and a FREE loan TV (subject to availability).

Please provide us with the MAKE, MODEL number and FAULT symptoms of your Television as this will help us to check on parts availability and also help us to advise you on the viability of your repair.

You will find the Model Number or Model Code for your Television on a large label on the back of the TV.

VCR PVR DVD RECORDER REPAIRS

We repair stand-alone and combi VCR PVR and DVD recorders we also repair A/V receivers but please contact us with the Make Model and Fault information because a lot of the more recent AV receivers use surface mount class D amplifier technology which can make them uneconomical to repair.

ITEMS WE DO NOT REPAIR

We are sorry but we do not repair the following.

Televisions with a damaged screen.

Televisions above 55 inches screen size.

Musician, PA, or DJ audio equipment (except turntables).

Car audio and video equipment.

Any Headphones.
