TUNING & SETUPS

We offer a call-out service for tuning in, setup and installation of new or existing equipment

For this service within the South Sefton area there is a fixed charge of £40.00
If you are not in South Sefton then please contact us for an estimated charge.

ENGINEERS REPORT
​
If you are making a claim to your insurance company for a damaged electronic item or to a retailer for an item that has failed just outside of the warranty then they usually ask for an engineer to examine the item and give a written report.
If you are in South Sefton
we can supply that report for you for a fixed charge of £40.00 which in most cases you can claim back from the insurance company or retailer.

REPAIRS ON SITE
If we call out to your home to examine your Television or other equipment and find that it does not need workshop attention but can be repaired in your home or the fault is a set-up or connection problem that we can resolve on site then there is a fixed minimum charge of £40.00 plus the cost of any parts required.
